José Mourinho's Tottenham secured a late win away to Aston Villa courtesy Son Heung-min's late minute goal.

Spurs records yet another victory after the 2-0 defeat of Pep Guardiola's Manchester City side as the race for top four intensifies.

The Villains took the lead courtesy Toby Alderweireld's own goal but the Belgian atoned for his sin after he levelled things up for Spurs.

Son got on the sheet for the first time to give Jose's men the lead but the relentless Villa side drew level through Engels in the second half.

Both sides were heading for a stale mate but Son decided otherwise after his late goal gave spurs the all important win that took them a point behind fourth placed Chelsea who have a game at hand.
