Mourinho gets juicy £100m deal from Saudi Arabia

AS Roma boss, Jose Mourinho has been offered a two-year deal worth over £100m to coach the Saudi national team, according to reports.

The proposed deal will see the Portuguese coach become the highest-paid football manager in history.

Daily Mail reports that the former Chelsea and Real Madrid manager has also been approached by Saudi-based club, Al Hilal.

The 60-year-old who joined Roma in 2021 after an unsuccessful spell with Tottenham Hotspurs is tied to the club until 2024 when his contract runs out.

Despite winning the Conference League last season, The Special One has come under heavy criticism over his side's performance this term.

Jose is also reported to be having disputes with the club over its transfer policy.

With his future still uncertain, Mourinho has been contacted by top officials from the Saudi Arabian national team, as per Corriere dello Sport.
