Milan, Inter eye move for Balogun

Italian Serie A giants AC Milan and Inter Milan have shown interest in Nigerian striker Folarin Balogun, according to reports.

The Arsenal loanee has been in exceptional form in the French Ligue 1 for Reims.

The Nigerian-eligible striker has netted 16 goals plus 2 assists in 26 league appearances since arriving at the French club last summer.

Balogun is on a one-year loan deal at Reims and a return to Arsenal is highly unlikely considering the attacking talents currently on display at the Emirates.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Milan clubs are interested in signing Balogun on a permanent deal this summer.

Balogun has two years left on his contract with the Gunners.
