The Super Eagles of Nigeria opened camp in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates on Tuesday, January 2 ahead of the much-anticipated 2023 African Cup of Nations in Cote D'Ivoire.

The team is expected to spend a week in the Middle East where they will engage in extensive preparation ahead of the continental showpiece.

Among the 25-man squad invited by Jose Peseiro are Napoli's Starman, Victor Osimhen and five-time Bundesliga Rookie of the Month, Victor Boniface.

The attacking duo who is expected to lead the Super Eagles' offensive lines took to social media to demonstrate what appears to be a healthy bonding between them.

In a social media post featuring himself and Osimhen, the former Union SG striker trolled the Napoli striker for not putting on a bet.

"Me and my helper [Osimhen], Na to go buy belt remain cus I no understand the hold of the jean ooo," the Bayer Leverkusen star teased.

In response, Osimhen replied: "I need to arrest you!!!????????"
