Atalanta forward Ademola Lookman has been nominated for Serie A Player of the Month for April.

The 26-year-old has been in fine form for La Dea making four goal contributions (1 goal and 3 assists) last month.

The Nigerian international scored in Atalanta's 2-0 win over Empoli at the Gewiis Stadium last weekend.

His three assists came against Monza (twice) and Cagliari in Serie A.

Luis Alberto (Lazio), Albert Gudmundsson (Genoa), Paulo Dybala (AS Roma), Matteo Politano (Napoli) and Hakan Calhanoglu (Inter) have all been shortlist for the accolade.

Lookman has managed 11 goals and 7 assists across all competitions for Gian Piero Gasperini's side this season.
