With a game in hand before the conclusion of Day 22 in the Italian Serie A, the list of highest goal scorers in the league has emerged.

Lazio's Ciro Immobile currently leads the pack with 25 goals while Cristiano Ronaldo moves closer with 19 goals after scoring a brace in Juventus' 3-0 win against Fiorentina.

In third place with 16 goals is Romelu Lukaku of Inter Milan who has two goals more than Joào Pedro of Cagliari.
