Sevilla’s head coach, Luis García, has given high praise to Nigerian striker, Akor Adams after he scored a crucial goal that helped the team win 3-2 against Villarreal CF in LaLiga on Wednesday night.

Adams once again showed why he’s so important to the Spanish side, scoring a strong left-footed goal in the second half after receiving the ball from Djibril Sow.

The goal gave the Andalusian team another important victory and showed how much Adams is becoming a key player for the team this season.

The strike was Adams’ fourth goal that helped the team win a match in the campaign, after he had already scored key goals against Rayo Vallecano, Athletic Bilbao, and RCD Espanyol.

After the game, the Sevilla manager praised the forward a lot for his effort and how hard he worked.

He said via Futbol Fantasy, “Akor, now Akor again, is phenomenal,” Garcia said via Futbol Fantasy. Maupay had a brutal job. Well, I hope I understand myself and, damn, what a tough guy and all. Maybe it’s not done yet. Until it’s done, I’m not going to relax for a second. Not a second.”

Adams has scored 10 goals and provided four assists in 31 matches in all competitions.
