A former Arsenal star has advised Kylian Mbappe to remain in Paris with PSG and snub interest from Real Madrid, who could move for him again.

Mbappe's current contract with the French capital club expires at the end of this season, and an extension is yet to be agreed with multiple reports linking him away from the club.

Per Bleacher Report, the France international turned down a $300 million move to Al-Hilal, which would have seen him receive a whopping salary of $776mil per year.

Nasri issues future advice to Mbappe

We are set to enter the third summer of a transfer battle between Mbappe, PSG and Real Madrid by the end of this season, and it was not the first time Madrid had been unsuccessful in getting him as a free agent.

Former France international Samir Nasri has advised the 24-year-old ahead of a possible showdown this summer. Nasri acknowledged Mbappe would be difficult to replace for the club if he leaves.

"Already two years ago, I said he was the best player in the world. I still think so," he told Le10Sport.

"He is from the Paris region: I, in his place, I would stay at PSG, instead of going to Madrid, to win the fiftieth Champions League for Real. If Olympique Marseille had been owned by Qatar when I was at the club, I would never have left. I think it is better to be the king in your village."

Multiple reports in the Spanish and French media claimed there was an agreement between the player and the La Liga club, which was denied via an official statement.
