Ighalo, Musa celebrate Saudi Arabia's shocking WC triumph against Argentina

Following Saudi Arabia's historic win against Copa America champions Argentina on Tuesday, November 22, the Super Eagles duo of Odion Ighalo and Ahmed Musa has congratulated the Saudi Arabia national team.

Hervé Renard's side shocked the world by coming from a goal down to turn the game on its head against Lionel Messi-captained Argentina side.

The Saudi's victory halted Argentina's 36-game unbeaten run dating back to three years.

Ighalo, who plays for Al Hilal in the Saudi Pro League took to social media to congratulate the Middle East side, “Congratulations Saudi Arabia,” Ighalo wrote on Instagram.

Super Eagles captain Ahmed Musa who had two successful spells with Al Nasar also congratulated Hervé Renard's side, “Congratulations to my Saudi Arabia Fans,” he wrote on his Twitter handle.

Meanwhile, Saudi Arabia has declared Wednesday, November 23 (today) a public holiday after yesterday's stunner.
