Al Nassr stormed into their first AFC Champions League in three years after a come-from-behind win against Dubai-based club Shabab Al Ahli.

The fixture, clouded with loads of refereeing indecision, was eventually decided in the final ten-minute courtesy of goals from Brazilian Anderson Talisca, Sultan Al Ghannam and the extra cherry at the top from Marcelo Brozovic.

Fans took to Twitter to react

@BallStreet tweeted: “Not Ronaldo calling offside on teammate Talisca's last-minute goal last night.”

@X__Football added: “Ronaldo was not even happy for his teammates goal. Instead, he is appealing for an offside. This guy is unreal”

@iwtle also wrote: “Cristiano Ronaldo Asking for offside after Talisca's goal.”
Another commented: “Nah, no way he is actually claiming offside after his teammate scored, lol.”

After the game ended, Al Nassr manager Luis Castro was praised for the forward.

Quoted by Goal: “It's hard to say something about him that the world doesn't know. He has a lot of focus on everyday football.

“He transmits a contagious energy to the game and to his teammates. The day-to-day training recovery is fantastic.

“He is a captain for what he does every second of his day. Food, rest, hours of sleep, it's total control of his body. On the field, he is that player. He can go to his own limits.”
