Fans applaud Salah for paying for everyone's fuel at a petrol station

Liverpool player, Mohamed Salah has melted hearts after social media users discovered that he paid for the fuel of everyone he met at a petrol station.

The Egyptian was spotted dressed in a Liverpool training kit at the petrol station where he had gone to refill the tank of his car.

@RockyKlopp shared a picture of the footballer and wrote: “Mo Salah just casually paying for everyone’s petrol at Sainsbury’s, Old Swan, in a full @LFC training kit too.”

Fans immediately responded to his tweet as seen below.

“Love this - on the way home from 5 a side vibes,” one wrote.

A second put: “Absolute champ.”

“How can you not LOVE this guy!!” exclaimed a third.

Another added: “What a legend.”

“He’s taking no contact to extremes, not letting anyone else near the till,” joked a fifth.

Goalkeeper Mohamed El-Akabawy who played alongside Salah in Arab Contractors in Egypt recently revealed that he never thought the Liverpool man would become this big.

“I did not expect Salah to reach this level of stardom. I knew he’d succeed in Europe, but not in this impressive way,” El-Akabawy told Ten TV channel.

“What made Salah reach this level is his mentality, everything he did back then showed signs of a star in the making.

“There was a time when Al Ahly and Zamalek wanted to sign Salah. I asked him which club did he prefer, he said he wanted to play abroad.”
