FC Ifeanyi Ubah relegated from NPFL

FC Ifeanyi Ubah has been relegated from the Nigerian Professional Football League (NPLF).

With two games to spare, their fate was confirmed on Sunday after fellow relegation battlers, Warri Wolves beat Heartland by a lone goal in Ozoro.

A penalty from Emmanuel Ihezuo in the 60th minute saw the Seasiders take their tally to 41 points five more than FC Ifeanyi Uba with a game to go.
