Former Nigerian international Ifeanyi Udeze has charged Nottingham Forest Nigerian duo of Taiwo Awoniyi and Emmanuel Dennis to question their move to the English Premier League.

The two Super Eagles strikers have so far failed to make an impact in the Forest team since joining the Premier League newcomers in the summer.

The two strikers combined have managed a single goal scored by Awoniyi in 8 PL outings for Steve Cooper's side.

The Reds are currently languishing at the bottom of the Premier League table with just 4 points.

Former Liverpool striker, Awoniyi has failed to replicate his form at Union Berlin last season where he netted 20 goals in all competitions.

Dennis, who was Watford's talisman last season after scoring 10 PL goals in his debut season is also yet to find the back of the net this term.

Former Super Eagles defender, Ifeanyi, believes the two Nigerian internationals should reflect on their return to the Premier League following their poor start to their campaign.

“Taiwo Awoniyi and Emmanuel Dennis should be thinking about their move to Nottingham Forest, he said as per Complete Sports.

“Dennis most especially would be thinking about the move after joining from relegated Watford. He would feel wouldn’t it be better to stay back in the Championship than get relegated again.”
