Enyimba captain Austin Oladapo has encouraged his colleagues in his absence to do the needful as they face South Africa Premier soccer league side Orlando Pirates in today’s crucial CAF Confederation cup Matchday 6 clash.

Oladapo who is set to miss the tie due to yellow card accumulation told brila.net that he believes in the quality of the People’s Elephants to hold their own in the tie and called on Nigerians to pray for the team as they set out to achieve the objective of picking a quarter-final qualification to advance in the competition.

“They have to get the job done, they should not look at my absence and be thinking otherwise, they are also good. It’s an opportunity for them to show themselves in my absence. Nigerians should pray for us, this is a very big game you know, both teams want to qualify, and if anybody has to qualify it has to be Enyimba.

Nigerians should put us in prayer and wish us well so that we will make them proud.”
