Dortmund's Jadon Sancho booked for showing ‘Justice for George Floyd’ T-shirt

Borussia Dortmund wonderkid, Jadon Sancho, was booked for showing "Justice for George Floyd" T-shirt in Sunday's 6-1 mauling of Paderborn in the Bundesliga match.

Recall that African-American Floyd, 46, was murdered on Monday by a Minneapolis police officer, Derek Chauvin, in the presence of three other cops, leading to mass protests across the USA.

Sancho who has been on the radar of Manchester United went on to score his first hat-trick for the German outfit.

He becomes the third player to make a powerful tribute to the late Floyd. after Schalke midfielder Weston McKennie and Borussia Monchengladbach ace Marcus Thuram.

The £100million-rated England attacker, 20, wrote on Instagram afterwards: "Solid performance from the team.

"Delighted to get my first career hat-trick, a bittersweet moment personally as there are more important things going on in the world today that we must address and help make a change.

"We shouldn't fear speaking out for what's right, we have to come together as one & fight for justice.

"We are stronger together! #JusticeForGeorgeFloyd"
