Africa's richest man, Aliko Dangote has revealed that he doesn't have plans to buy Arsenal Football Club now because of some projects he's working on.

The 62-year old business tycoon, however, revealed that the takeover of the English Premier League club could happen between 2020 and 2022

"I'm not buying Arsenal right now, I'm buying Arsenal when I finish all these projects, because I'm trying to take the company to the next level," Dangote said in an interview with David Rubentse in America.

"We will go after Arsenal from 2020, even if somebody buys, we will still go after it."

"It is a team that yes I would like to buy someday. But what I keep saying is we have $20billion worth of projects and that's what I really want to concentrate on. "I'm trying to finish building the company and then after we finish, maybe sometime in 2021 we can,"he said.

If Dangote strikes a deal with Stan Kroenke, it could gulp over $4 billion from his pocket.
