Sadio Mane is set to complete his switch to Saudi Pro League side, Al-Nassr, this summer and the Senegalese forward will automatically become one of the club’s highest earners.

The 31-year-old is set to undergo his medicals to finalise his move to Saudi Arabia from Bundesliga champions, Bayern Munich, and will automatically become one of the top earners in the league.

According to 90min, Mane will earn a whopping £650,000 a week at Al-Nassr, culminating in an annual salary of £34mil per year when he joins the Saudi Pro League club.

However, the Senegalese forward will earn way less than his new teammate, Cristiano Ronaldo, who rakes in a massive £177mil each year from his basic salary at the Saudi club.

The Portuguese veteran has been ranked as the highest-paid athlete in the world for the third time in his career by Forbes after he made the switch to Saudi Arabia.

Mane says goodbye to Bayern

Meanwhile, Mane said goodbye to his Bayern Munich teammates on Sunday ahead of his move to Al-Nassr, with the deal set to be completed this week, Daily Post reports.

The Senegalese international will sign a four-year deal worth more than £34.4mil with the Saudi Pro League club after undergoing a medical on July 31.

Mane joined Bayern last summer from Premier League giants, Liverpool, but failed to hit his peak at the Bundesliga side after struggling with injuries and a loss of form.
