'Class act' - Fans applaud Osimhen for apologising to a fan after accidentally hitting her with the ball

Victor Osimhen demonstrated a good gesture of sportsmanship after his shot accidentally ran into a female fan during the warm-up ahead of Napoli's Serie A clash against Spezia on Sunday, February 5.

A video that has surfaced on social media shows the Napoli frontman pressing through the crowd at the Stadio Alberto Picco to apologize to the female fan as the home fans applaud his sense of sportsmanship.

The red-hot Nigerian international continued his astonishing goal-scoring form for the Serie A toppers after grabbing a brace as Napoli recorded a comfortable 3-0 win away at Spezia.

The beautiful gesture from the Super Eagles striker has been lauded by fans on social media.
