Premier League giants Chelsea are reportedly keeping tabs on Golden Eaglets striker Charles Agada.

Agada's impressive performance at the recently held Viareggio tournament in Italy has reportedly attracted interest from several clubs in Europe including the Blues.

The 17-year-old finished as the third-leading goal scorer at the prestigious U-19 tournament with his countryman Hafiz Ibrahim claiming the top scorer award.

He netted a hat-trick against Fiorentina during the tournament.

According to reports, Lagos-based Malvon FC has received several offers for the exciting young striker including the London club.

“Chelsea are one of the clubs who are interested in the boy,” a source close to the club told SCORENigeria

“But the fact is that he is not yet 18 and also his club Mavlon are taking their time to decide on what is best for his highly promising career.”

Agada, who is a secondary school student has been tipped to follow the footsteps of the likes of Victor Osimhen, Kelechi Iheanacho and Taiwo Awoniyi.

Spanish La Liga sides Granada, Sevilla and Athletico Madrid are all monitoring the progress of the young striker, as per Soccernet.ng
