Bellingham backed to claim Ronaldo and Messi's GOAT throne ahead of Haaland, Mbappe, Vinicius

Jude Bellingham has been endorsed to surpass Erling Haaland and Kylian Mbappe in the race to the GOAT throne of Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi.

Erling Haaland, Kylian Mbappe, and Vinicius Junior (to perhaps a lesser extent) are commonly regarded as the leading candidates in the global football scene to follow in the footsteps of the two veterans, who held the title of the best for the better part of two decades.

However, according to Real Madrid legend, Guti Haz, Bellingham possesses the potential to outshine all three of his fellow supernovae.

The footballer-turned-manager expressed this opinion based on the midfielder's impressive performances since joining the Spanish giants from Borussia Dortmund in the summer.

According to FourFourTwo, Bellingham has scored an astonishing 10 goals in as many appearances for the White Angels, a goal-scoring rate reminiscent of Portuguese icon, Ronaldo during his time at Santiago Bernabeu Stadium.

Guti believes that if the Englishman continues at this pace, he has the potential to join the ranks of the sport's greatest players, potentially overtaking Vinicius, Haaland, and Mbappe to dominate football.

"Madrid fans love Bellingham so much because he did want to come to Real Madrid. After the controversy that there has been with another player… Bellingham is playing some incredible games," he told El Chiringuito, per French Football Weekly.

"It was the throne of Vinicius, Mbappe, Haaland... but Bellingham is the only one who has realised that the throne of Messi and Cristiano is free - and he is going for it.”
