'Awesome' - Popular journalist reacts to Osimhen's apology after outburst with Rudi Garcia

Popular sports journalist, Oma Akatugba has reacted to Osimhen's apology to Napoli coach Rudi Garcia following his outburst on Sunday, September 24.

A furious Osimhen lashed out at Garcia after he was substituted in the 86th minute following the goalless draw at Bologna.

Osimhen had the chance to put Napoli ahead from the penalty spot and saw his effort go wide.

Reacting to Osimhen's apology, Akatugba, who is known to be a close ally of Osimhen shared a screenshot of the headline with the emoji which means awesome.

According to Calciomercato.com, via Football Italia, Osimhen apologized in the changing rooms of the Dall’Ara immediately after the full-time whistle.

Napoli will face Udinese at home on Wednesday.

Napoli will hope to avoid going four consecutive matches in the league without a win.

Osimhen has not scored in his last four games in all competitions for Napoli.

However, he has scored three goals in the Italian topflight this season.
