Asisat Oshoala: Nigerians react as Super Falcons star rages about fans begging her for money

Super Falcons and Barcelona Femeni striker Asisat Oshoala has lamented about fans seeking financial support in her direct messages (DMs) on social media.

The former Arsenal women's star is known for her generosity on social media, but she is presently not happy about some fans overwhelming her DMs with messages seeking financial assistance on some certain aspect.

The Barcelona striker highlighted some of the alms she wouldn't accept from fans seeking her help.

The Nigerian international took to her official page on Snapchat to send a warning to those who constantly reach out to her for financial assistance.

"While I enjoy having fun here, there are certain things that should be common sense. I help a lot of people here, but there are situations I won't condone or support, such as 'MY WIFE JUST GAVE BIRTH,' 'I WANT TO HAVE A WEDDING,' and so on. Use your common sense. Set your priorities right!!" she said.


The complaint by the Super Falcons striker stirred several reactions from Nigerians on social media.
