The Super Eagles will also take on Zimbabwe four days later as they bid to claim the sole ticket from Group C of the CAF qualifiers for the tournament.

South Africa, Benin, and Rwanda are other teams in the group, with the table toppers qualifying for the global showpiece slated to be hosted by the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

Jose Peseiro's boys are already at the training camp as they prepare for the crucial November matches and Everton star, Iwobi says the team will fight for the ticket, per an interview.

"I would like to be there again. It is not just me, but the whole team. We are going to [give] a 100 percent performance to give the nation joy and that sense of pride that we've represented them."

Team coach, Peseiro monitored Tuesday's training session as he put the players through paces. Meanwhile, Iwobi has guaranteed the team will be ready for their visitors.

"[Tuesday] wasn't too intense [and] we're going to prepare for Lesotho. Everyone has arrived in the camp now so we have to prepare. I'm sure we will analyse them and hopefully, we can get the results we need. Nigeria is a blessing. We've got a lot of players and quality."
