The Super Eagles experienced a slight delay in their travel plans on Friday ahead of their trip to Uyo.
The team played a one-all Benin Republic at the Felix Houphet Boigny Stadium, Abidjan on Thursday night to book their place in the group stage of the AFCON in Morocco.
Augustine Eguavoen's charges were to depart Abidjan at 9 am, however, that has now been delayed.
They are expected to land in Lagos first before making their way to Uyo.
The players will skip training today.
The Super Eagles will take on Rwanda at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo next Monday.
