A disappointed female Arsenal fan has laid the blame at the door of Mikel Arteta following the Gunners' recent draws which has put a dent in their title ambitions.

The Premier League leaders have failed to pick up the maximum three points in their last two games against Liverpool and West Ham United.

Mikel Arteta's side bottled a two-goal lead at Anfield after the Brazilian duo of Gabriel Jesus, and Gabriel Martinelli had given them an early lead in the opening 45.

Liverpool came from behind to level the tie courtesy of goals from Mohammed Salah and Roberto Firmino.

Similarly, the Gunners failed to protect their early two-goal lead against West Ham United at the London Stadium on Sunday as Bowen and Benrahma cancelled out Gabriel Jesus and Martin Odegaard's goals.

Expressing her disappointment with the outcome of the game, a staunch female fan of the Gunners fingered Spanish coach Mikel Arteta for the club's failure to pick up wins in their last two games.

Pep Guardiola's side are currently trailing Arsenal by four points with a game in hand.

Both teams will settle the score when they lock horns in their next PL encounter in what will be a potential title decider.
