2024 Olympic Qualifier: Waldrum announces squad for Super Falcons' intense clash against South Africa

Super Falcons head coach Randy Waldrum has unveiled the squad for Nigeria's Olympic Games qualifiers against the Banyana Banyana of South Africa.

The American gaffer on Monday, March 25 released 22 names for the feisty clash against South Africa.

Top stars like Chiamaka Nnadozie, Asisat Oshoala, Ashleigh Plumptre, Osinachi Ohale and Rasheedat Ajibade have all been listed in the squad.

Other stars include Halimat Ayinde, Christy Ucheibe, Ifeoma Onumonu and Uchenna Kanu.

The Super Falcons will host South Africa at the Moshood Abiola Stadium in the first leg on Friday, April 5 before travelling to Pretoria for the second leg at the Loftus Versfeld Stadium.

The winner in both legs will automatically qualify for the Olympic Games in Paris this summer.
