Fathers Day: Anambra woman reported buys coffin as gift for husband

As the world celebrated Fathers Day on Sunday, one woman, in Anambra state gave her husband a shocker by buying him a coffin as a gift to celebrate the special occasion.

Insane, you might call it, but the bold move caught the eyes of many onlookers who deemed it fit to share photos online.

According to LindaIkeji, the unnamed woman, who lives in Oko, Orumba North Local Government Area of Anambra State, had bought the casket four days earlier and kept it with the seller.

Her husband and other local were surprised at the sight of the coffin when she wheeled it in after church service.

A family source revealed, "We were surprised when she came in with the coffin. Nobody could understand her."

Another source who begged not to be named said the woman had been showing "abnormal behaviour."

"Nobody paid attention to her problem. She is not normal.

"She has been crying for help, but unfortunately Nigeria and its leaders have not built mental health centres in our hospitals to address these issues."
