Kano State Ministry of Health has disregarded any reports saying it has recorded extra cases of coronavirus.
Taking to Twitter, the State Health Ministry stressed the reports were fake.
"The confirmed COVID-19 case as of Tuesday, 14th April 2020, 3:28 pm still remains at 3 CASES. The Public should disregard any FAKE AND MISLEADING NEWS," it wrote.

Opposed to the extra two cases reported by mainstream newspapers, COVID-19 cases still stand as three cases in Kano State.
