The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) chairman in Ekiti State, Olatunji Odeyemi, has said the party remains the best alternative for the people of Ekiti State.
The PDP chairman, stated this in Ado-Ekiti while mobilizing for the e-registration exercise in the state. He pointed out that the PDP is fully prepared to reclaim its mandate in the forthcoming gubernatorial election on June 20, 2026 and expressed confidence that with unity, commitment and active participation of members, PDP would emerge victorious at the polls coming up in June.
He called on members and supporters of the party across the state to come out en masse and participate in the ongoing electronic registration (e-registration) exercise.
Odeyemi, described the e-registration exercise as a strategic step towards strengthening the party’s grassroots structure and ensuring an accurate, credible, and up-to-date membership database.
“The digital registration process reflects the party’s commitment to modernization, transparency, and effective coordination at all levels”.
He further urged party leaders at the ward, local government, and state levels to mobilize members and ensure a seamless registration process in their respective areas. He added that the strength of any political party lies in its membership base, calling on stakeholders to take the exercise seriously.
