Atiku attends hearing of petition against Tinubu’s victory

Atiku Abubakar, the 2203 presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), on Thursday, May 11, arrived at the presidential election petition court in Abuja.

Recall that the petition court adjourned till today for the continuation of the pre-hearing of the petition by the PDP and its presidential candidate against the president-elect Bola Tinubu and the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.

The PDP and Atiku Abubakar are challenging the outcome of the election which produced Tinubu as winner and President-elect of the 2023 presidential election held on February 25.

In the petition marked CA/PEPC/05/2023, INEC, Bola Tinubu, and the APC have been listed as the 1st to 3rd respondents.
