Labour Party’s logo missing on Ondo ballot papers

Report indicates that the logo of the Labour Party is missing on the ballot papers the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) sent to Ondo State.

This is coming barely 24 hours before the presidential and national assembly elections which is set to hold tomorrow, Saturday.

Speaking in a press briefing in Akure on Friday, the party’s state secretary, Mr Agbaje Abiodun, said, “there is an omission of our party logo on the ballots brought by the Independent National Electoral Commission for the National Assembly (Senate and House of Representatives) elections.”

He has threatened to challenge INEC in court over its actions if it proceeded with the election as scheduled without modifications.
