Tinubu has paid his dues - Katsina APC Gov candidate

The Katsina governorship candidate of the All Progressive Congress (APC) Dr Dikko Radda, has described the presidential candidate of the party, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu as a true, detribalised and a uniting factor.

He said he has more than paid his dues for the survival of democracy in the nation.

Radda, in an exclusive chat with The Nation and TVC in Katsina on Sunday, said Tinubu has improved the quality of the living for thousands as Lagos Governor.

He said: "It’s no rocket science, everybody knows white and black, I think this is very clear you don’t need any rocket science to define it.

"Bola Tinubu was Governor of Lagos State for eight years. People have seen what he has done in Lagos. Everybody knows it how he has transformed Lagos, how he has improved the income of Lagos, how he has made Lagos one of the cities to look at.

"You can see the difference that all the opponents of Bola Tinubu in other parties, some of them were Governors, some occupying the position of Vice President in this country, look at their track records. What did they achieve and what did Bola achieve? The difference is clear

"You can’t compare Tinubu with other aspirants. What have they done even those who were once Vice President? Tinubu is a true democrat and detribalised Nigerian capable of uniting the nation’’

"In Nigeria presently, its politics of name calling and blackmailing, lets dwell on politic of issues.”
