Southwest PDP: You're a liability to us - Ex-senator blasts Fayose, backs Makinde

Former Senate deputy chief whip, Hosea Agboola has lambasted former governor of Ekiti state, Ayodele Fayose for calling Oyo state Governor, Seyi Makinde a baby governor.

According to Agboola, Fayose is more of a likability than an asset to the Southwest's Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

He noted that Fayose has not been able to get one member in the National Assembly since his leadership in the party. He, however, praised the Oyo state governor, Makinde for the positive turn-around of the party since his arrival.

“...of what political value and relevance is Fayose, who failed woefully to install a successor when he was leaving as an incumbent governor of Ekiti. Ekiti PDP under him became a shadow of itself as he could not produce a single house of assembly member in that state”

“Today, Oyo is witnessing all-round development in education, health, infrastructure, economy, and lots more. Makinde was able to resolve the crisis in the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, and also ensured it is now the sole property of the state," he said.
