Photos emerge as popular PDP guber candidate says he is 'Obidient' ahead of crunch elections

Social media was thrown into a frenzy after the governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Enugu, Peter Mbah said he was an "Obidient" ahead of the on Saturday, March 11.

Photos that have emerged on social media show some billboards of the PDP candidate with the inscription: "Ndi Enugu, #OBIdient4Mbah" while another was spotted with the inscription: "#OBIdient4Mbah".

The photos have generated interesting reactions on social media.

It comes after the All Progressive Congress member reportedly vying for a legislative seat at the Delta state parliament used the picture of Labour Party Presidential candidate Peter Obi alongside his campaign photo.

The video that was shared on the social media handle of popular blogger, Tunde Ednut has gotten thousands of views and comments.

Social media users say the action of the APC member strengthens the point made by ex-Ekiti state governor Ayodele Fayose who referred to Obi as an institution.

Fayose, who made this known in a live telecast on TVC News, said any administration who wants to succeed must carry Obi along.

The presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi became a sensation before, during and after the 2023 presidential elections.

He has been applauded for his modesty and populist policy that seek to improve the lives of underprivileged Nigerians.
