Peter Obi will win 21 states in 2023 - Doyin Okupe

Doyin Okupe, the Director-General of Peter Obi's Presidential Campaign Council has predicted the states that will be won by all presidential candidates ahead of the polls in 2023.

His prediction comes off the back of comments by the Anambra State governor, Charles Soludo who said that the Labour Party candidate stands no chance in the polls and would only secure 25% in 4 states.

More than 15 presidential candidates including Peter Obi of LP, Bola Ahmed Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP and Rabiu Kwankwaso of the New Nigerian Peoples Party, NNPP will try to convince Nigerians why they should be given the nod in 2023.

Soludo drew the hornet’s nest when he declared that Obi knew he would not win the election but was merely playing drama.

In the scathing assessment of Obi’s presidential ambition, Soludo said that the LP’s flagbearer was just putting the Igbos in a more precarious situation in the country, reports Daily Post.

But in a post he titled ‘Soludo’s ludicrous lies’, Doyin said, “Soludo: ‘Obi will score 25% in 4 States only.’

“Fact check on candidates: Tinubu will win 6 States of the SW & 3 States in NE;

“Atiku: win in 6 States of NW & 3 States in NE;

“Obi will win all 5 States of SE, all 6 States of SS, 4 States of NC & 25% in 6 States of SW.”
