Peter Obi arrives in Enugu to campaign for Labour party governorship candidate Chijioke Edeoga

The presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi has arrived Enugu state to join the gubernatorial candidate of the party, Chijioke Edeoga to campaign ahead of the governorship election.

Photos emerging on social media, showed Peter Obi carrying his luggage as he arrived at the Enugu airport.

Elated Peter Obi was spotted waving to the people who had showed up to welcome him.

The gubernatorial election which was supposed to hold on March 11, was postponed by the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC after the court granted parties to the electoral materials.

The election is set to come off on March 18 and this is to allow the commission ample time to configure their machines before the election date.
