PDP appoints Adeleke as Atiku campaign council member

The Osun State Governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke, as been appointed as a member of the presidential campaign council of the Peoples Democratic Party.

According to a notice signed by the Director-General of the PDP PCO, Governor Aminu Tambuwal, on Saturday, Senator Adeleke was appointed as the Chairman of the South-West Coordinating Committee of the campaign council.

Senator Dino Melaye was also appointed as the Director of Public Affairs. Other key PDP members were also appointed to head strategic campaign offices to steer the Atiku Abubakar presidential bid.

Tambuwal noted that "these appointments are with immediate effects."

The campaign council also made appointments of Zonal Liaison Desk Officers.
