Ogboru will be Delta Governor in six months - Omo-Agege boasts -

The Deputy Senate President, Sen. Ovie Omo-Agege on Thursday said Chief Great Ovedje Ogboru, candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in the last election will be governor in the next six months.

Sen. Omo-Agege made the statement at his country home, Orogun Community in Ughelli North Local Government Area of Delta State.

Sen. Omo-Agege said Ogboru will reclaim his stolen mandate which he (Sen.Omo-Agege) said is in court against Governor, Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa.

He said he has hope in the election tribunal that it will deliver an unbiased judgment.

Sen. Omo-Agege also urged the people to be patient and continue to give their supports to the All Progressives Congress, APC, in the state.

The APC has closed its case and ready to submit its written address at the Governorship Tribunal sitting in Asaba the Delta State capital.

The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP is expected to put up their defence at the tribunal.

The election tribunal will deliver its judgment as soon as the PDP concludes its defence.
