North will repay Tinubu for supporting Buhari in 2015, 2019 – APC

President Muhammadu Buhari has said the North will repay Bola Tinubu for supporting his presidential ambitions in 2015 and 2019.

Buhari made the comment via the Director Contact and Mobilisation Committee of the Presidential Campaign Council (PCC), North-West Aminu Jaji on Thursday, November 10 at the inauguration of the committee in Abuja.

According to Jaji, the votes from the North-West would determine who will be the country's next leader.

He expressed confidence that the former National Chairman would become President in 2023.

In reference to the 2015 and 2019 election results, Jaji believes APC would coast to victory due to its popularity.

“The best thing that we can do is to pay back to Tinubu who supported our son, President Buhari to be president twice.

“It is time to pay back what the other zone did for our son; a father and a role model, President Buhari”, NAN quoted him saying.

Jaji assured that Tinubu will be backed unconditionally, but should give his word to develop the North.
