Reports indicate that some Jos residents who are said to be members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) stormed the Rwang Pam stadium, the venue used by the All Progressives Congress (APC) to hold their Presidential Campaign Flag off to engage in a cleaning exercise.

The clean-up comes shortly after the event was held in Plateau state.

According to reports, the youths belonging to the PDP noted that their move was to remove the APC ahead of the 2023 election.

Director General, Atiku Motivational Movement, Kamru Sani, said their action was meant to sweep out what the APC brought to the state.

“We are here to sweep out all they brought here, as PDP is for Plateau and Nigeria”.
“The party is set to be on winning ways again, as it has shown that it is the true party for the state.

“The party will bring relief to the sufferings that citizens of the state and Nigeria have had to endure in the last seven years,” he said.

The National coordinator, PDP youth Amendment Movement, Mohammed Hassan, on his part, stated that they were protecting the future of the youths as he called on the youths across the country to ensure the APC do not return to power in the next election.
