DSS arrests El-Rufai's associate, Galadima for criticising Kaduna Governor Sani

The Department of State Services (DSS) has arrested Aisha Galadima, a political associate of the former Governor of Kaduna State, Nasir El-Rufai for allegedly criticising the incumbent Governor, Uba Sani on social media.

Taking to her Facebook page on April 14, 2024, Aisha Galadima had raised concerns over some of Sani's policies.

As a result, the Nigeria Secret Police stormed her residence on Sunday afternoon at Tudun Wada to carry out the arrest.

According to SaharaReporters who spoke to a source on the matter said; “Aisha has just been arrested by DSS at her Tudun Wada residence in Kaduna.”

Recall that Governor Uba Sani recently complained about the huge debt he inherited from his predecessor, El-Rufai, who governed for eight years.

He stated that these debts are currently taking a toll on his government and they include; $587 million, N85 billion and N115 billion.
