The son of former Vice President of Nigeria, Atiku Abubakar has tested positive to coronavirus.
Taking to Twitter to share the news, the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party noted that the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control has been informed of this development while his son has been transferred to Gwagwalada Specialist Teaching Hospital in Abuja for treatment and management.
The PDP Chieftain urged Nigerians to keep his son in their prayers and stay safe.
"He has been moved to Gwagwalada Specialist Teaching Hospital in Abuja for treatment and management. I will appreciate it if you have him in your prayers. Stay safe, coronavirus is real," Atiku tweeted.
