Adeleke confirmed as governor by Supreme Court

The Supreme Court has dismissed the Appeal of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and Oyetola for lack of merit on the matter of the Osun gubernatorial election.

In the lead judgment read by Justice Agim, th court dismissed the appeal brought against the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the state governor, Ademola Adeleke.

The grounds include; the Oyetola failed to prove over voting. 

Ground two; INEC regulations does not provide for transportation of accredited voters to the database except snapped pictures of results for form EC8A to the IREV. 

Ground three; Supreme Court adopts BVAS as the primary source, exhibit BVR submitted by Oyetola dismissed.

The Supreme Court has dismissed the evidences adduced by Oyetola.
