50 years in wilderness awaits PDP supporters – Aisha Yesufu fires

Aisha Yesufu, a political commentator who is a staunch supporter of Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party believes the largest opposition, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) will not taste power for the next 50 years.

Mrs Yesufu made this known in a post on her official Twitter handle on Monday, July 10 where she called out members of the largest opposition describing them as persons who have a sense of entitlement.

She alleged that “the PDP supporters would always be controlled by stomach infrastructure and would do things based on what is in it for them,” claiming it is the reason they were always quick to denigrate honest work.

According to the social critic, they also feel Nigerians owe them, made worse by the feeling that they were entitled to their votes.

She wrote, “PDP supporters will always be controlled by stomach infrastructure and will do things based on what is in it for them. Reason they are quick to denigrate honest work.

“Worse is their sense of entitlement to Nigerians’ votes. They feel Nigerians owe them. 50 years in the wilderness is loading for them.”
