Most confirmed cases are between age 31- 60 - Health Minister says

COVID-19 cases in Nigeria has been commonly found among age groups 31-60, Health Minister, Osagie Ehanire has revealed.

The Minister made this statement during the press briefing of the Presidential Taskforce on Coronavirus.

Ehanire noted that coronavirus has affected more men than women with the ratio: 73% male 27% female.

Stressing that progress has been made the Minister said:

"We have increased daily testing capacity and are working hard to diversify with the private sector. Increase in the number of confirmed cases is due to high testing capacities."
