Every travel you make is a risk- Health Minister

Minister for Health, Osagie Ehanire has warned citizens to desist from interstate travels.

Speaking during the briefing on the Presidential Taskforce on COVID-19, he advised people to stay home because they do not know the potential carriers of the virus.

Advising the health workers, he warned them not to treat patients without precaution. He told them to be wary and take care of themselves.

"Do not treat patients without using PPE. This advice is necessary to the over 40 health workers who had to be quarantined in the past two weeks. Please be vigilant and maintain a high index of suspicion," Osagie warned.
