ECWA loses 200 mission supporters to Coronavirus

The Evangelical Church, Winning All (ECWA), has revealed that over 200 of its mission supporters' lives have been lost to the novel coronavirus.

President of the church, Rev Dr Stephen Panya Baba, made this known during the funeral service of one Mr. Yakuba Abiri Kadiya at Kent Academy, Miango, Bassa Local Government Area of Plateau State.

He, however, charged all Nigerians to be mindful not to contract the virus as the rate of confirmed cases continues to rise.

According to Instablog9ja, acting assistance secretary-general of the church, Rev Samuel Atu present at the funeral described the loss of mission supporters as sad and unfortunate.
