Former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode, FFK, has kicked over the Federal Government's continued decision to keep Nigeria's borders open despite the coronavirus pandemic fast spreading.

Nigeria confirmed a third case of coronavirus in Lagos after a Nigerian female, about 30 years of age, returned from the United Kingdom on March 13th, 2020.

The lady who is currently being attended to at the Mainland General Hospital is said to have developed symptoms of the virus after observing self-isolation.

Joining the voices calling for the closure of Nigeria's borders to prevent cases of coronavirus from increasing, Femi Fani-Kayode expressed worries that Nigerians haven't been addressed by the government.

He tweeted: "Not only do you refuse to formally address our people &offer them hope on the Covid 19 plague but you have also refused to close our borders. Instead, you have declared them open to the Chinese, Europeans, Iranians, Italians, Americans &all other afflicted nations. Shame on you!".
