AfDB partner Microsoft, launch online learning forum during pandemic

The African Development Bank Group in its effort to reduce poverty and improve living conditions on the continent has partnered Microsoft to empower several Africans round the globe.

Introducing a platform tagged "Coding for employment," it encouraged Africans to tap into this learning environment and build new skills during the stay-at-home period.

"Join one of the fastest growing online community of learners in #Africa, with over 10,000 participants already building relevant #digitalskills for productivity.

"Sign up on http://coding4employment.org," a tweet from the bank said.

MyNigeria.com believes this platform is part of Akinwumi Adesina's drive in wanting to develop the continent and eradicate poverty for good.
