1,143 new cases of coronavirus recorded in Nigeria

The Nigeria Center for Disease Control has announced that latest update of the coronavirus confirmed cases in the country.

1,143 new cases of coronavirus have been recorded in Nigeria with Lagos having 19 fresh cases and the FCT with 157 new cases.

Other states with fresh cases include Kwara-90, Oyo-74, Enugu-72, Nasarawa-69, Imo-58, Osun-51, Gombe-49, Kaduna-31, Edo-23, Katsina-23, Kebbi-23, Ogun-22, Kano-19, Rivers-19, Ebonyi-18, Plateau-14, Delta-7 and Ekiti-5.

Nigeria now has 145,664 confirmed cases with 120,399 patients have been successfully treated and discharged while 1,747 deaths have so far been recorded.
